Our Story
Avenirs began with a personal story.
As a father, I am witnessing the development of my daughter, approaching the age where she has to make critical decisions about her education and future, and it reminds me of my own youth, when those choices were made for me by my parents with very little information at hand. I realize that even today, many young people in Albania and beyond still lack proper education and career guidance opportunities.
This is what inspired me to create Avenirs, a platform designed to empower students by offering personalized, AI-driven advice to help them shape their future.
At its heart, Avenirs is about giving students clarity and control over their own paths. My own past experience drives the mission to provide the kind of guidance I wished I had growing up.
The problem Avenirs addresses is clear—students and their families often struggle to make informed decisions, especially in areas where traditional career advising is either missing, inaccessible or too general.
